Brueck's Bread Bomb

My bread bomb is essentially stuffed pizza dough. It falls into the stromboli, calzone, or panzarotti category because it uses pizza dough and similar toppings to pizza (which can be anything, right?), but the toppings become fillings when the dough is wrapped around them. It's most similar to stromboli because it's rolled up like a pinwheel.
BREAD INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 pound chopped bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) pizza dough (you can also use Pillsbury pizza dough in the roll)
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
BREAD INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-low heat cook bacon until crisp.
  3. Remove the bacon from the pan, set aside and drain most of the grease.
  4. In the same skillet on medium high heat, add the onions and ground beef and cook until onions are soft and the meat is cooked through.
  5. Drain excess grease from the pan.
  6. Over medium low heat, add the bacon back into the pan and season with the steak seasoning.
  7. Add in the cheddar jack cheese and stir continuously cook until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove the pan from the heat.
  9. Roll the pizza dough out onto the prepared baking sheet. The dough should be approximately a 15×10 rectangle.
  10. Spread the cheese and meat mixture evenly on top, leaving an inch at the edges.
  11. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese.
  12. Roll up the pizza dough, starting with the long sides and pinch the crust together to seal.
  13. Bake seam side down for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. Allow the bread to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  15. Serve with special sauce.

Brueck's Coconut Creamsicle Cocktail

Ingredients & Substitutions Vanilla vodka – If you don't have vanilla vodka, whipped cream vodka will work, or you can add a few drops of vanilla extract to your cocktail shaker to make up for that vanilla flavor. Orange juice – Please only use fresh squeezed citrus for this. The drink would be fine with bottled, but there is something so delicate and perfect about fresh squeezed that can't be beat. Coconut milk – You want the full-fat canned coconut milk, not the thinned out stuff from the fridge section. If you don't have this, you can swap half-and-half or heavy cream. Simple syrup – Store bought or homemade simple syrup will work here. You can also use agave, but it will change the flavor a bit. Making changes to a recipe can result in recipe failure.  Coconut Creamsicle Cocktail This delightful coconut creamsicle cocktail is made with a dreamy blend of vanilla vodka, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and creamy coconut milk. Served over crushed ice and garnished with an...
